Podcasts for a Healthier You
As humans, we are not perfect. We struggle with our own thoughts on a day-to-day basis. But this does not have to be our normal. It is important to take care of ourselves and be as nice to ourselves as we are to others. Whether you are struggling with your mental health or trying to find your purpose in life, I have the podcast for you. In the last year, I have listened to podcasts to disconnect with the world and connect with myself and my thoughts. I have listened to some that I believe are life changing and mind altering in the best ways. Growing more confident in myself as a person and with my skill set, I truly believe you can never stop learning. Oftentimes, I reach out to those around me for advice, and though I have received some advice that resonates with me, I find that hearing words from an outside point of view has been a game changer. Many times, when we are struggling, we think no one can understand our situation whether that has to do with a fight with a friend or partner or having thoughts about ourselves that are not very nice. Someone out there has shared those same thoughts and struggles and are willing to talk about it and share with us how they got through it. You just have to find it. Below, I have shared a list of podcasts for several different topics in hopes that one will stick out to you. I challenge you to take the time and pick an episode that is of interest to you.
